14th January 1969: A modern portable house called 'Futuro', manufactured by Oy Polykem AB of Helsinki, which is made of glass-filled polyester resin and easily erected. Resistant to stringent weathering, it is insulated with 'Hartmoltopren', a polymeric material from Bayer in Leverkusen.
