Artist's Description
6th December 1976: Purveyors of their own brand of punk rock, British group The Damned perform in concert at Leeds Polytechnic, the first date of their 'Anarchy In The UK' tour with The Sex Pistols and Johnny Thunders and The Heartbreakers. Many gigs were cancelled by local authorities after the Pistols' controversial appearance on Thames TV's 'Today' programme on the first of December 1976.
